(Turkish Sarmisakli Yogurt Sos)

Makes: 4 - 6 servings
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Whisk together the garlic and yogurt until the mixture is very smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate mixture at least 15 minutes.
Good served with zucchini fritters.
