Vitello Tonnato

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. can of tuna, drained
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 4 T. mayonnaise
- 1/2 t. Dijon mustard
- 2 T. white wine
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 lb. roast pork, turkey or veal, sliced
- 1 T. capers
- 4 anchovy fillets
Directions
- Mash together tuna, garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, wine and salt to make a smooth sauce.
- Place sliced meat on 4 plates, pour on sauce and top with capers and anchovys.
Serve with fresh bread or garlic bread and a salad.
