Low-salt Sour Dough Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sour dough starter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions
- When baking my Early Colonial Sour Dough Bread, reserve two cups of the starter for pancakes.
- Gently blend sour dough starter and egg.
- Pour into 5-inch circles on medium-hot dry griddle.
- Turn when tops are bubbly and starting to turn dry. Cook the other side 2 minutes.
- Serve topped with your favorites: syrup, jelly, butter, etc.
