Low-salt Sour Dough Pancakes

  1. When baking my Early Colonial Sour Dough Bread, reserve two cups of the starter for pancakes.
  2. Gently blend sour dough starter and egg.
  3. Pour into 5-inch circles on medium-hot dry griddle.
  4. Turn when tops are bubbly and starting to turn dry. Cook the other side 2 minutes.
  5. Serve topped with your favorites: syrup, jelly, butter, etc.
