  1. Heat oil in a 9-inch skillet.
  2. Add mushroom and saute 5 minutes.
  3. Add green onion and tuna and stir to heat.
  4. Pour on the eggs and cook at low heat 5 minutes.
  5. Carefully fold one side of omelette on top of the other.
  6. Carefully slide folded omelette onto plate to serve.
