Sesame Tilapia

Directions

  1. Heat a dry skillet to medium heat.
  2. Place fillets on a plate and top with ginger, green onions and lemon slices
  3. Carefully transfer fillets to skillet topped with some salt and pepper
  4. Drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce over the filets.
  5. Immediately add 3/4 cup water to the skillet, tightly cover and steam 7 minutes.
  6. Place fillets on plates and reduce liquid to make a sauce to pour over the fish.

Good served with steamed rice. Based on a recipe from Nova, a neighbor.
