Chia Porridge

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 dried apricots or dates
- 1/2 banana, peeled
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 T. blue berries
Directions
- Puree almond milk, yogurt, apricots, banana and cinnamon.
- Add chia seeds, mix in and let sit 15 minutes in refrigerator.
- Top with blueberries and serve.
